Fresh Strawberry Jam - The easy way out

Hello readers, as summer arrives here in United States, the season for picking berries begins too. So, we woke up one early Saturday morning and my kiddo is all set and excited for his strawberry picking. We drove for an hour and volla...there is some really fresh berries waiting for us. We picked 8 pounds of berries…yeah way too much to be eaten raw. So, I decided to make strawberry jam which would use whole lot of these juicy berries and we can enjoy them for a longer time.
