Rose Lassi | Rose Smoothie

“Rose lassi” is a one the variations to regular sweet lassi. It is soothing and refreshing during hot summers. It is easy to make with few ingredients and tastes very creamy yet refreshing.
Lets jump onto quick recipe.



Serves: 1-2
Preparation time: 5 mins.
Cooking time: zero mins.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon rose syrup
1 cups fresh full fat curd (chilled)
½ cup chilled water or 3-4 ice cubes
1 teaspoon rose water
Sugar as per taste
1 tablespoon sliced dry fruits for garnish (almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios)

Directions:

  1. Add curd to the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add in rose syrup, rose water, chilled water or ice cubes and sugar.blend again until all ingredients combine well and lassi becomes frothy.
  3. Transfer to serving glasses and garnish with sliced dry fruits.

Tips:
  • If you thick lassi then add milk instead of water.
  • Use fresh curd and make sure it not sour as you will end up adding more sugar to the lassi.
