“Besan Ka Cheela” -- One more easy breakfast recipe which is served in my household on weekends. I would say it does not top the list though, for sunday breakfast as “POHA” takes its place. But this is prepared definitely on a regular basis on weekends. Besan ka cheela can be served as an evening  snack too and provides a lot of carbohydrates to keep you going.

“Aloo Samosa | Punjabi Aloo Samosa” is one street food which takes toll on all other street foods in Northern parts of India. It may be eaten for breakfast or as an evening snack. It is so popular in U.P. that on every street you can find at least one “samosa wala”. For wider audience, it is a deep fried snack with a savoury filling like potatoes, paneer, vegetables or green peas. Sooji Laddu | Rava Laddu | Rava Laddu from Ghee residue | Leftover milk solids from Ghee

Sooji/Rava is healthy and nutritious so incorporating them in daily diet has many benefits. These “Sooji Laddu” are delicious mid morning or evening snacks for kids and adults too. These are quick and easy to make. I used  Khoya or Leftover milk solids from Ghee but you can use store bought khoya/mawa. Khoya adds in rich texture to these otherwise dry sooji laddu (and I wanted a way to finish off Leftover milk solids/khoya from ghee i made the previous day). So, make these delicious yummy snack for your kids or yourself.

Chia Seeds have recently been popular as super food and I have been trying new new ways to incorporate them in our daily diet. When I came across which chia pudding recipe I wanted to give it my twist and made this “Mango Chia Pudding”  which is SUPER healthy, contains SUPER food chia and no added sugar. DH is also happy as I find new ways to make healthy yet mouth watering desserts for him. It is SUPER easy and requires no cooking and ready in flat 10 minutes and tastes yummy!!! What else you want from a dessert if it satisfies your sweet tooth without sugar??

“Paneer Butter Masala” is a north indian gravy recipe which is made with cottage cheese simmered in tomato onion gravy along with cashew nuts as a base. Generally, this paneer recipe seems exotic and difficult to make. But, this recipe of mine will surely take the myths off your mind. This is quite easy recipe which you can make in flat 15 minutes.
