“Besan Ka Cheela” -- One more easy breakfast recipe which is served in my household on weekends. I would say it does not top the list though, for sunday breakfast as “POHA” takes its place. But this is prepared definitely on a regular basis on weekends. Besan ka cheela can be served as an evening  snack too and provides a lot of carbohydrates to keep you going.

Tips:
  • Mix besan and water and keep aside for 10 minutes. It helps you get lump free batter more easily and saves on your effort.
  • Add more water if batter seems thick.
