Apple Ginger Lemonade

Another refreshing summer drink which is has detoxification as well is “Apple Ginger Lemonade”. Apple has many antioxidants, phytonutrients and dietary fibers. Ginger has many medicinal properties and helps in relieving muscle soreness and pains. Lemon is one of the best source of Vitamin C, helps weight loss, aids digestion and helps boost the immune system. So this is one healthy summer drink to keep you going and eat the heat this summer.



Serves: 1
Preparation time: 5 min.
Cooking time: 0 mins.


Ingredients:


2  tablespoon lemon juice
2 apples (peeled and cored and sliced)
1 inch freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon chaat masala


Directions:


  1. Mix all ingredients in blender jar and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve chilled in glass along with ice cubes.

Tips:


  • If preparing for fast, and you do not eat chaat masala, add rock salt instead.
